How long does an appointment usually take?
Most appointments last about 45–60 minutes, depending on the
size of your project. Larger projects may take a little longer –
we’ll go at your pace and make sure everything is covered.
Sometimes multiple visits are required just to ensure you love
what you picked!
Is there a fee for booking an appointment?
No. Showroom appointments are completely free. Our goal is to
give you the best showroom experience without obligation.
Do I need to prepare or bring anything with me?
It helps to bring room measurements, photos of your space,
and any inspiration images you may have. But don’t worry if
you don’t have these – we’re great at figuring things out
together.
Can I bring my contractor, designer, or partner with me?
Absolutely! You’re always welcome to bring a designer, partner
or family member to your appointment. For contractors and
installers, we actually recommend involving them after your
initial selections are made – usually on a second visit or through
coordination by phone or email. This way, you can focus on
design and product choices first, and we’ll handle the technical
coordination directly with your contractor when the time is right.
Do I have to make all my selections in one session?
Not necessarily. Many clients finalize everything in one visit, but
if your project is complex, we can schedule follow-up sessions
to make sure no detail is overlooked.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
No problem. Life happens! Simply let us know and we’ll be
happy to find another time that works best for you.
How soon after my appointment can I expect a quote or estimate?
Your detailed estimate will be ready before you leave. You’ll
leave with clarity, accurate numbers, and the confidence to take
the next step.
